Jesper Mattsson is an 18 years old boy from Växjö, southern Sweden.
Mattsson was born with a love for music and has always been into making rhythms with everything
close to his hands. Early he started playing round with instruments and his ear for musical things
helped him. After watching the Take One-documentary about the trio Swedish House Mafia, his passion for creating his own stuff was awaken. He started playing around with beats and melodies in FL Studio when he was 15, inspired by huge Swedish producers like Steve Angello, Axwell and Eric Prydz, as well as Above & Beyond, Arty and others. Here he is with his first label release, with the ambition of growing an audience and become better and better. He produces under the name Jay Maze and has now teamed up with the producer QVIST. from his hometown Växjö for their first release.

Albin Almqvist is a producer with a huge dedication to the EDM scene.
He has been inspired by producers like Krewella and Deorro, but also producers like Kygo, Matoma and Avicii. He believes that the width of the genres is inspiring, taking some parts of the 'rougher' EDM and then taking it to the 'Smoother' types and vice versa. After a long while of collaborations with fellow producers, Albin with the producer name “QVIST.”, has found new paths and his music is evolving and improving faster than ever.

Their idea of “Hearts Wide Open” started when Jay Maze played some piano chords,
which they both fell in love with. After a couple of studio sessions and a dozen of sent files to each
other, they are proud to announce what they have achieved with their debut release.
It was complete when Ronnie Hagstedt - with his perfect voice - put the vocals on the song,
with lyrics written by Daniel Petersson.
